7th Wave Collaboration

I had the opportunity to brew with the folks at 7th Wave Brewing in Medfield, MA. This was to be a collaboration between them, and Simon and I, representing Downtown Wine and Spirits. The beer was sold exclusively in the store...about 11 cases of bombers. Not bad for a first commercial beer. The goal was to make our Hefeweizen IPA, or HEF-PA for short. Personalized growlers and more

When it comes the brewing, the focus, of course, should be on the beer. But, it's understandable that one might get excited about the how the beer is presented. This is why many folks spend a lot of time designing logos for their home brews. This may not be an option for those who have moved to a kegging system and no longer bottle their beers. Of course, you could always fill bottles from a keg, but I think it's much easier to just fill growlers as needed. An option for those handing growlers
